Learned counsel for the Railway Authorities refers to paragraph 10 of the report which is set out: "10. I submit that, in view of the facts stated above, This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the petitioner/leaseholder to apply before the Railway authorities for permission for loading and unloading at new additional intermediate stations not originally mentioned in the tender in terms of clause 23.3.1 of Freight Marketing 17 of 2015 dtd. 17.08.
