Learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) filed a report dated 07.03.2022 wherefrom it appears that notice has been served by the learned advocate on record for the petitioner and it has also be served upon the petitioner and opposite party no.2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after passing the impugned order several civil suits over the property have been instituted by and against the parties and the petitioners do not want to proceed with this criminal revisional application as the impugned order in M.P. Case No.542 of 2013 has lost its force.

Since the order under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure passed on 05.03.2013 in M.P. Case No.542 of 2013 has lost its force by virtue of Section 144(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the revisional application is disposed of and treated as dismissed for non-prosecution.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Learned Executive Magistrate Court at Sealdah for information.
