Present application has been preferred for setting aside and/or quashing the order dated 11th May, 2018 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court at Alipore in A.C. Case No. 394 of 2013.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner by filing the supplementary affidavit submits that the aforesaid A.C. Case No. 394 of 2013 was dismissed for default on 7th May, 2022, though the mediation proceeding was continuing. Thereafter, it was settled during mediation that wife will not pray for restoration of said A.C. Case No. 394 of 2013.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party submit that in view of above the present application has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, C.R.R. 1514 of 2018 along with the connected applications, are dismissed being infructuous. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J. )
