This petition under Section 482 and 401 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the judgment dated 30.6.2012 passed in Criminal Revision No. 45 of 2011 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rampurhat, Birbhum arising out of the order dated 21.9.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum in Misc. Case No. 464 of 2008.

On a perusal of the record and the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2,000/- to opposite party no. 1 and Rs.1,000/- to the minor daughter per month. On consecutive occasions petitioner has remained absent and appears to be disinclined to proceed.

The revisional application pending for nearly ten years is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat and learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rampurhat, Birbhum for information and necessary action. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
