Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner intends to withdraw the application for bail as on 13.03.2026 the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to reject the prayer for bail of the petitioner. There are certain change of circumstances. At this stage, petitioner do not intend to press the same.

As prayed for, petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the period of three months.

Mr. Sagar Saha, learned advocate appears for the State. His appointments be regularized by the concerned authorities. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 948 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed.
