Learned advocates for the petitioners are present and file a certified copy of order dated 23.11.2021 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta in C.S. No.115592 of 2016. Let the certified copy of the order be taken on record. On a perusal of the order it appears that the complaint case has been dismissed and the accused persons discharged from the liability and their respective bail bonds. Learned advocate for the petitioners referring to the order passed in the aforementioned case submitted that the criminal revisional application therefore, has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.

Considered the submissions.

I find that the petitioners are disinclined to proceed with the matter any further. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1518 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
