1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the phone number provided by the petitioners was not that of the prime accused and it could not be traced.

2. It appears that the minor victim has not been recovered yet.

3. In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that minor victim has not been recovered yet, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
