Counsel for the respective parties are present. Counsel for the alleged contemnors has handed over the order of appointments dated 27th July, 2023 and the joining report of the petitioners. Counsel for the alleged contemnors submitted that the contemnors are complied with the order and the petitioners have joined their respective posts. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has not received any instruction whether they have jointed in the post or not.

This court considered the documents submitted by the alleged contemnors wherein the alleged contemnors have complied with the order passed by this court.

Let the order of appointments dated 27th July, 2023 and the joining report of the petitioners be kept with the record.

Accordingly, CPAN 719 of 2016 in WPA 23837 of 2007 is, thus, disposed of.
