Ms. Arpita Saha Ms. Antara Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the applicant in a proceeding being Miscellaneous Succession Case No.23 of 2021 pending before the learned District Delegate, Berhampore praying for expeditious disposal of such proceding.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that June 9, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, CO 1618 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Berhampore to take up the hearing of the application

under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Miscellaneous Succession Case No.23 of 2021 on the next date fixed i.e. on June 9, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to see that the same is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Succession Case No.23 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
