There is an increase in the salary receivable by the petitioner. Apparently, proceedings under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. are founded on such basis.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find any material irregularity in the order dated January 31, 2025 passed by the learned Court with regard to the issue of maintainability of the petition filed under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C.

In such circumstances, C.R.R. 2007 of 2025 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
