Mr.Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is every possibility within a week that the matter would be solved and there would be an amicable settlement between the parties. Learned advocate for the opposite party/complainant is present.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, I direct that in case there has been an amicable settlement, the petitioner would be in a position to file an appropriate application for preponement of date before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Malda.
The learned Magistrate, as such, would invoke his power under Section 147 of the N. I. Act.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1277 of 2019 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Inter order, if any, is hereby vacated.
