1. The matter has been listed on the report of the Assistant Registrar IV along with communication of Learned District Judge 5th Court, Malda duly forwarded by learned District Judge, Malda.

2. This court vide order dated 25th August, 2025 are directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously preferably within three months from 25th August, 2025.

3. Learned Trial Court in its report has submitted that they would require six months time to dispose of the case.

4. In view of the report learned Trial Court is requested to make all efforts to dispose of the matter within six months.

5. Remaining contents shall remain the same.
