Thereafter, the matter has been included in the hearing list. It had been adjourned from time to time. On 2nd December, 2021, on the prayer of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned making it returnable on 9th December, 2021. In the said order, it was made clear that no further adjournment will be granted to the petitioner. Business of the Court did not permit the matter to be taken up on 9th December, 2021 and 16th December, 2021. Today, advocate engaged by the petitioner is absent.

Mr. Pradip Kumar Ghosh, who is not briefed in the matter, seeks an adjournment.

In view of the specific recording in the order dated 2nd December, 2021, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further.

On the ground of absence of the advocate for the petitioner, the matter is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
