Banerjee) (Via Video Conference) Mr. Firdous Samim Ms. Gopa Biswas ... for the petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ... for the SSC The petitioner submits that this matter relates to recruitment of Upper Primary School Teachers by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. The petitioner has some grievance as to the interview list which was published in the last part of June, 2021.

Thereafter pursuant to a direction given by this court in a matter being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.) the School Service Commission published a fresh interview list giving the breakup of marks and the reasons for noninclusion of some candidates in the interview list. I do not find any merit in this writ application which was affirmed on 29th June, 2021.

By the said order this court granted liberty to the candidates to file representation with the School Service Commission. Certain directions were also given to the School Service Commission.

It is the discretion of the writ petitioners whether they will use the liberty granted to the candidates or not.

However, I do not find anything to be adjudicated in this matter on the basis of a non-existent interview list.

With the above observation, this matter is disposed of.
