3. Under such circumstances, condition of bail imposed on the petitioner, i.e. to meet the Officer-in-Charge Taherpur P.S once in a week and not to leave the district without the leave of the Officerin-Charge are waived.

4. Petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-Charge Taherpur P.S as and when necessary.

5. Other conditions shall continue.
