Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for a decision in the writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner had been addressed.

The pradhan of Gokulnagar Gram Panchayat had taken the initiative to ensure that the unauthorized and unscientific lavatories were removed. A report to that effect was also filed before the Block Development Officer. Such report is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
