Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 has submitted before this Court that the direction contained in order dated 1st February, 2023 has already been complied with so far alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 are concerned. In support of the same recommendation memo dated 28th June, 2023 being memo no. 108 has been placed before this Court which is taken on record. It appears from the said recommendation memo that the writ petitioner/applicant has been recommended by the alleged contemnor nos. 1

and 2 for being appointed in the post as delineated in the said recommendation memo.

The recommendation memo dated 28th June, 2023 be kept on record.

In view of aforesaid steps taken by the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt rule stands discharged. Personal appearance of alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
