JUDGMENT

1. We have heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. As submitted by Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the appellants/State, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal as the order and direction passed has already been implemented.

3. That apart, we find there is no error in the order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench.

4. With these above observations, appeal along with the connected application (IA No. CAN 1 of 2024) stand dismissed.

5. The Central Government has also granted approval to N.I.A. to carry out the investigation, copy of the said order has been handed over, which is placed on record.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities. (T.S. SIVAGNANAM) CHIEF JUSTICE I agree.
