Mr. Bhattacharyya in his usual fairness had placed a judgment of a Division Bench of this Court delivered in FMA 1793 of 2008 and submitted that in view of the said Division Bench judgment this contempt application has lost its force.

Accordingly, the contempt application being WPCRC 202 of 2017 stands disposed of.
