The Ex-Pradhan and the present Pradhan, the alleged contemnors, are present before the Court.

Although there has been delay in complying with the order, they tender unqualified apology. At present, the order has been complied with and it has been found that the construction is in accordance with the plan.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Gram Panchayat, the petitioner's remedy is before the appropriate forum. The petitioner has been supplied the copy of the resolution which contains the decision. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged.

Personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.
