Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of earlier directions passed by this Court in WPA 5203/2025 there has been no progress in the investigation and the police authorities have not arrested the accused persons in spite of Deputy Commissioner of the concerned jurisdiction monitoring the case.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation in connection with Bhadreswar Police Station case No. 66/2025 charge-sheet has been submitted on or about 24.05.2025 before the jurisdictional Court. Report also reflects that prayer has been advanced for issuance warrant of arrest against the absconding accused.

Having considered that the police authorities have already submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional

Court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any act and action of the police authorities in course of investigation, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court under the relevant provisions of law. If any application is filed the concerned Court would dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10298 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
