Now the learned advocate for the petitioners intimates this court that full court fees have been paid against entry no. A-6734 dated 9th July, 2021. The learned advocate further submits that this matter is a matter similar to WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.) and similar order may be passed in this matter.

Considering the submission, I am of the view that the petitioners have the liberty to follow the order passed by this court in the above matter on 9th July, 2021.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
