By this writ petition, the petitioners seek for a direction upon the respondents to demolish certain shops and stalls, which according to the writ petitioners, are illegal construction.

The photographs annexed with the writ petition show that the construction was made several years back.

At this juncture, we cannot issue any positive direction, as sought for by the writ petitioners except to observe that the 5th respondent/the B.L & L.R.O., Contai before whom the representation has been made shall consider the representation and proceed to take action in accordance with

law after notice to all concerned as expeditiously as possible.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents/State has emphatically denied all allegations made in the writ petition. The said submission is placed on record.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
