Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a report which reflects that the investigation of the case has been closed by declaring it to be "Civil in nature".

As investigation of the case has already been closed, the present revisional application becomes infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1397 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be kept with the record.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
