Now the learned advocate for the petitioners intimates this court that full court fees have been paid under Entry No.A-6735 dated 9th July, 2021.

The learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that this matter is a matter similar to WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) and similar order may be passed in this matter.

Considering the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners, I am of the view that the petitioners have the liberty to follow the order passed by this court in the above matter on 9th July, 2021. Hence, the writ application is disposed of.
