The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Nager Bazar Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 05.07.2023 stating that the respondent No.2 i.e. Prabir Ghosh has expired on 07.04.2023 supported by a copy of the medical document. The said report be kept on record. The opposite party No.2 was acquitted the charges framed against him under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The instant appeal stands abated and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
