Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2023. Trial is in progress.

In view of the nature of the offence involving dealing in Fake Indian Currency Notes of a large volume, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
