The writ application has been preferred praying for an opportunity of physical hearing to be given by the respondent no.2 to the petitioner herein in the proceedings which is being conducted by the respondent no.2.

It is submitted that at 2-30 p.m. today i.e. on 11.05.2026 the matter has been fixed for further hearing.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on earlier three occasions all the hearings were conducted virtually and there was no proper connection and the petitioner could not place her case properly before the authority concerned and for which the petitioner claims that she shall be prejudiced.

Accordingly, on hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed with the liberty granted to the petitioner to attend the hearing fixed at 2-30 p.m. today physically.

The respondent no.2 is directed to permit the petitioner to appear physically and place her case by placing the relevant documents and provide proper hearing to the petitioner in the interest of justice.

It is further directed that henceforth whenever a prayer is made for physical hearing, the authority concerned shall permit such prayer and not compel the litigants to approach the High Court on such issues.

The writ application stands disposed of.

It is needless to say that the authority concerned shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously.

Learned counsels for the parties are at liberty to communicate this order to the authority concerned.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities.
