Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 426 days and till date Chemical Examiner's report has not been submitted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there has been recovery from the present petitioner 3197 grams of Yaba Tablets and 3289 grams of brown sugar.

Having considered the quantum of seizure in the present case, I am of the opinion that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.

As such, at this stage the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 950 of 2026 is rejected.

Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
