In the 2nd line of the 6th paragraph it had wrongly been recorded as "respondent nos. 2 and 3" instead of "respondent nos. 2 and 4". It would be "respondent nos. 2 and 4".

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 10th July, 2019.
