In the order dated June 15, 2023, C.O. No. 393 of 2023 be corrected as C.O. 1393 of 2023. In the second line of page 2 of the said order, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Tamluk be corrected as learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Serampore.

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated June 15, 2023. The other part of the order is unaltered.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly.
