Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that on the basis of previous complaint of the de facto complainant, the petitioners were arrested. Immediately on the petitioners obtaining bail the present complaint was lodged.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report.

Considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM 4476 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
