Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that after the order passed by this court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.), the petitioners are willing to file representations ventilating their grievance before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. In the above matter, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission has also been directed to take certain steps in dealing with the said representations.

In view of the matter, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter.

Hence, the writ application is disposed of without any order as to costs.

The CAN 1 of 2021 relating to the writ application has not been pressed.
