The petitioners have filed one Government of West Bengal, Judicial, GRIPS eChallan showing payment of Rs.23,600/- in respect of all the petitioners in the writ application. The said eChallan is kept on record.

Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this matter is similar to another matter in which order was passed by this Court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal and others). By that order I granted liberty to the candidates to approach the West

Bengal Central School Service Commission by submitting representation ventilating their grievance. I also give certain directions upon the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for dealing with the representations. The representations are to be filed individually and not jointly. The petitioners also have the same liberty to approach the West Bengal Central School Service Commission by submitting representations ventilating their grievances. This matter has been affirmed on 30th June, 2021 i.e. before passing the above order.

In view of the matter, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter.

Hence, this writ application is disposed of.
