It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the writ application has a formal defect. In view thereof, petitioners pray for leave to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate representing the respondents does not oppose to such prayer.

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties, leave is granted to the petitioners to withdraw the aforesaid writ application with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

The writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
