Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is covered by the judgement delivered by this court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) By the said judgement I granted liberty to the candidate to approach the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for filing representation ventilating her grievance. Whether the candidate will utilize the liberty or not is her discretion. Certain directions were also given to the School Service Commission to take steps while dealing with the said

representation, if filed.

The petitioner has the liberty to take steps in accordance with the said order mentioned above. There is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter because here a non-existent interview list which is the subject matter of the writ application.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application being WPA 11035 of 2021 is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
