Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for anticipatory bail as also certain miscommunications regarding instructions given by the learned instructing counsel. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, this shall not preclude the petitioners from filing or moving an appropriate application on the selfsame grounds.
