Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed to return to his residence by the police.

Police registered complaints as First Information Report. The investigation with regard thereto are in progress.

Under such circumstances, no further interference is called for by the Writ Court at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11044 of 2021 is disposed of.
