Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the State and considering the gravity of the offence and having considered the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM 4504 of 2021 is, accordingly, rejected.
