The matter has been filed by 41 (forty-one) writ petitioners but full court fees were not paid initially. Now the learned advocate for the petitioners intimates this court that full court fees have been paid under Entry No.A-6942 dated14th July, 2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are covered by the judgement delivered by this court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) By the said judgement I granted liberty to the candidates to approach the West Bengal Central

School Service Commission for filing representations individually (not jointly) ventilating their grievances. Whether the candidates will utilize the liberty or not is their discretion. Certain directions were also given to the School Service Commission to take steps while dealing with the said representations, if filed. The petitioners have the liberty to take steps in accordance with the said order mentioned above. There is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter because here a non-existent interview list is the subject matter of the writ application.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application being WPA 11038 of 2021 is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
