Rahaman ... for the Respondent nos. 5,6,7 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her information which was furnished on or about 17.03.2025 was not taken into account and no steps have been taken. The fact of the case relates to demand of the petitioner for raising a boundary wall and, to that effect, police assistance be rendered.

The petitioner has approached the Executive Magistrate under Section 163(2) of the BNSS. The time period for which such orders are passed do not exist beyond a period of days, the

Executive Magistrate passed the order on 28th October, 2024.

The petitioner also draws the attention of the court to a title suit being T.S. 508 of 2024 and the said title suit was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Be that as it may, since the subject-matter relates to construction of a boundary wall, I am not inclined to interfere with the same.

However, the police authorities would only ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10294 of 2025 is disposed of.
