He prays for leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

In view of such submission by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 1630 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order passed in the Title Appeal No. 24 of 2023 upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
