Report with regard to progress of trial in the matter is placed on record.
We have considered the materials on record including the aforesaid report. Fourteen witnesses have already been examined. There are materials connecting the petitioner with the murder. Delay in progress of trial is due to systemic reasons and cannot be attributable to the prosecution. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
