Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation SDR, CDR CAF data of the relevant mobile being no. 9635795825 was provided to the investigating agency by the nodal officer, Bharati Airtel Limited on his request. Incomplete copies of the said documents were provided to the petitioner upon submission of the supplementary charge-sheet. Learned counsel takes this Court to the call details of the relevant mobile number which demonstrates that though SDR, CDR and CAF data of the phone for the period 6th January, 2023 to 12th January, 2023 was received by the investigating agency, data from 6th January, 2023 to 8th January, 2023 was provided to the petitioner and out of three pages of the data the second page was not given.

In view of the above, the opposite party is directed to provide the entire data in respect of the mobile phone no. 9635795825 for the period 6th January, 2023 to 12th January, 2023 as received from the

nodal officer, Bharati Airtel Limited to the petitioner within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of.
