And In the matter of : Ibrahim Mia @ Ibrahim Miah & ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Koushik Choudhury, Ms. Busra Khatoon ....for the petitioners Mr. Iabal Kabir, Mr. Rafiqul Islam ....for the State The first paragraph of the application contains a false statement which the petitioners know to be false. Petitioners claim that, no application for anticipatory bail was moved before the jurisdictional Court while the petitioners approached jurisdictional Court with such prayer and the same was rejected.

In view of such conduct of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1429 of 2024 is disposed of.
