Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for modification of the order of bail granted on 16.06.2025. In view of the prayer advanced and the period of time which has passed and there being no possibility of the trial concluding in near future, I am inclined to waive the conditions so far as it relates to entering the jurisdiction of Dholahat Police Station.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, they will remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
