Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the State and considering the gravity of the offence and complicity of the petitioner therein and having considered the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 4485 of 2021 is, accordingly, rejected.
