Mr. Somnath Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is present and submits that this revisional application was filed within the meaning of Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer for compensation for illegal detention of the accused who faced trial in the Sessions Case No. 95 of 2014 before the Learned Sessions Judge, Birbhum.

2. Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners inclines to withdraw this revisional application seeking liberty to file application before the appropriate forum.

3. Liberty is granted.
