Maiti ....for the respondent nos.2-4 Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee ....for the respondent no.6 Mr. Asumdipta Santra Mr. Dipankar Naskar ....for the respondent nos.7-9 The petitioner has prayed for transfer from Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital to any other suitable medical college under the jurisdiction of the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. The immediate grievance of the petitioner is that she is not able to attend classes from the institution where she is presently studying and has sought for an arrangement to be made for appearing in the ensuing semester examinations from another college within the jurisdiction of the said University.

The learned advocates appearing for the University, the State and the National Medical Commission of India seek time to take instruction.

Since the semester examination is scheduled to commence on and from June 15, 2026, list this matter tomorrow (i.e. June 11, 2026) at the "Top".
