As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Sanatan Panja, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.5 submits that the Bank has no mechanism for recovery of the money but, on specific instructions, NEFT procedure was followed for transmitting the

amount.

Having regard to the nature of the complaint; the documents which have been enclosed and the complaint which has been made to the Banking Ombudsman, I am of the view that there is hardly any scope for this Court to interfere in respect of the nature of the accusation and/or the problem complained of by the petitioner, as the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, WPA 10363 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
